My two favorite parts of cue making are the first turning of a cue after all of the ringwork and components are assembled, and the initial turning of wood blanks in order to see the figure. I love collecting and working with highly figured woods, just call me a wood nut.
I thought it would be fun to make a web page showing the different blanks and specific wood species I have. I thought some of you might like to see the pictures so I have posted so far. I will be adding more blanks/species over time.
