I just picked up this Adam cue on ebay, should be here in a week or so. Anyway, I was curious if the wood in the butt and points can be identified from these pics?

I don't know the wood, but nice pick up at a nice price.

I saw it on Ebay and considered it myself. I like the old Adam cues and I am guessing this one is a full splice.

What's funny is that I wasn't in the market for another cue, but had read a post about an Adam cue and somebody said there was one on ebay. It had a buy it now at $100. I check my ebay home two days later and notice the buy it now was down to $50. I couldn't pass it up. My stash of under $150 cues is looking nice. Some great quality can be had if one has an open eye.
