World Cup of Pool 2012 started

Sweden breaking, makes 1 no shot on 2. Gerwen goes safe, leaves a shot for Morra. Morra undercuts it. Chamat makes 2 but loses control of CB. Pressure seems to be getting heavy for both teams. Safety battle. Alex makes great safety, then dances around the table. Chamat gets out of tough situation, makes a good hit and proceeds to dance around as well. Alex comes over and high 5's Chamat. Morra otoh, makes tough cut and opens up the table. Canada runs out and clinches match 8-7

Really, half a billion watch this?!?, yet noone on here can find a single stream or track it down on Sky Sports, ESPN etc. Gah horrible pool coverage....
 
What an ugly 1st rack. I dont know how tight the tv table is but a lot of bobbled shots lately. Shane horribly misses the 4. An easy 4. And India cleans up. 1-0 India
 
I dont know if this table is really playing tight or the players are having massive opening day jitters but theyre not playing well.

Morris bobbles the 2 and leaves India an open table. But Raj misses wide on the 6 and hands USA the rack for a 1 all scoreline.
 
India on the table with a tough layout. Raj bobbles on the 4. USA OTT and Morris goes safe on the 6. Raj makes a legal hit but sells out. USA runs out. 2 all.
 
SVB totally slow dogged an easy shot on the one towards the side in rack five. Comes up short. Ball in hand...3-2 India. Worst shot I've seen SVB play on TV.
 
USA on the table trailing India 3-2 Shane makes 3 but ends up snookered. Morris had to jump for the 4 that was on the mouth of the cornerpocket. Hits it too thin and it bobbles out. India runs out. 4-2 India
 
Another easy shot missed by SVB, four unforced errors for him already according to the commentators. 5-4 India.
 
Shane asked too much of that CB. And scratches. India on the table. Seems an easy run out...

Kang felt his inner Filipino come out and tries to shoot behind his back. Unfortunately scratches with two balls left on the table. USA clears out and now leads India 6-5

Rodney breaking... sinks the 9 ball but referee Nigel deems it an illegal break since not enough balls sank and/or crosses the headstring.
 
Lot's of luck. USA breaks in rack 12, golden break. Too bad, enough balls didn't cross the HS. Spot the nine. SVB misses another shot on the nine, so does Hundal, so do Morris. And then AK-47 takes it home.

Crazy rack. USA on its way to claiming another rack but Shane misses again on the 9b. Raj takes a shot at it, misses as well. Rodney tries to cut it in the corner, MISSES AS WELL! Kang left with the easy shot to tie it 6 all.
