looks like another clutch game from Holland catching up now 6-7
Another error from Lee Van missing the 8 ball on the jump shot.
 
7-7 Holland better not scratch at this critical. In 2nd semi, Taiwan was at 7-7 and scratched and it was Game Over. :D
Holland seems to have better clutch game cos they were tied with Finland in 1st semi 4-4 before they won remaining 5 racks

Bad positioning by Nick resulted in Nels missing the 8 ball gifting Phil the rack

Awesome that Niels & Nick made it to the finals. Makes a Dutchman happy :)
 
Little disappointed by Dennis dancing around the table for 15 minutes before going to shake Holland's hands which by that time Niels wasn't too interested in shaking anymore.

The only thing worse in the events of the WorldCup ,,,l mean besides the odd looking chap sitting in front the Philippine flag wavers and the annoying referee posting up too closely the Pinoy shooters was the bizarre antics of Dennis Orcullo after pocketing a straight in casegame 9ball gifted to him by his partner after the shit leave he left his partner.

and shame on both of you pinoy players for putting your lovely ladies thru all that stress..

but Congratulations and please take Art Bell back to the Philippines.

Yawn. He just won the World Cup, I think he's allowed to celebrate for a minute or so before shaking hands. Pool fans are so negative at times.
 
On a lighter note.......

The look that lee Van gave Dennis after Dennis left him uptable near the headrail when the 8 was waaaaay down table was like "wtf is this sh*t !! "...priceless
 
There is no set rules after you win a world cup. But I can also say that the losing team could also clap and smile with the winning team. It's easy for us to say and notice what we think is unethical, we don't even know the feeling of winning the cup. It's up to them what they want to do first as long as shaking hands after the match won't be forgotten.
