World Pool Masters 2011

Can anyone find the details of this event? The info posted on the Matchroom site is from last year.

Maybe the date of the event, the venue, and a list of the players who received invitations.

According to this -- http://www.matchroomsport.com/sports/pool/individualevents/world_pool_masters.htm -- it is an "annual event" that happens every May.

Since we're beginning April now, it is strange there is no news about it quite yet.

Interestingly, according to Wikipedia, this tournament used to be called the "European Pool Masters": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Pool_Masters_Tournament

According to this website, there is a qualifying tournament for the "World Pool Masters" on Friday, May 16th, restricted to players in England: Application Form for Qualifying Players to 2011 World Pool Masters. I am not sure if this is the same tournament, but according to the application, it says the final 16 will "compete in the World Masters Pool Finals at The Imperial Hotel, Blackpool, on Sunday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd, July 2011."

Maybe it's a different event with a similar-sounding name. Not sure.

Az's calendar says that its tentatively scheduled for November 7-13.
