What's up with these limey a*^holes? We have to watch the MC on ESPN's red-headed stepchild channel and we don't get the Masters at all. Barry freakin' Hearn acts like the savior of world pool but acts like the U.S. doesn't exist. Unreal.
 
The ONLY Matchroom(live) stuff i've ever seen is the Mosconi. Sometimes you'll get some of their other events well after it was played. I've emailed them(Luke Riches is THE guy,btw) and all you get is very politically-worded non-denial denials. Dude acts like he works for the freakin' CIA.

Emailed Luke at MR about this. His response: "We'd lose money by streaming it and ESPN3 chose not to show it. Sorry." I'm assuming he means U.S. streaming because their own website "said" they were going to stream. Now that page has been replaced with the current one that makes no mention of any streaming. They(MR) just make up lies to cover the previous ones.

Looks like Round 1 starts at 7 pm local (Gibraltar) time, which would be about 5 min. from now.


Edit -- mistake -- 24 hours from now, not now.

I find it absolutely shameful that we cannot watch this! Funny thing is that many European countries neither have ESPN nor Sky... So, it is not only that Matchroom don't care about US customers, but also European.

With regard to this, shame on you Mr. Hearn!
 
OK, I'm pretty sure now that this is the right day.:smile:

It's supposed to start at 7pm Gibraltar time, which is about one hour from now. Looks like the first match is SVB vs. Sanchez-Ruiz.

If anyone finds a stream for it, please let us know.
 
Only thing we'll get is after-the-fact videos. NO live Masters in the U.S. You can't blame any broadcasters as the audience is so tiny that ad sales would be a joke. ESPN3 chose not to show this and it is no surprise for just that reason: no dough, no show.

HAHASPORT.co has a link up for the match already, will probably have more closer to match time. You will have to wade througt the pop-ups and X out allot of things but I usually have good luck with this site for UFC events. Good Luck hope I helped some
