One player who was mightily relieved was world number 19 Kyren Wilson, who still has the highest break of the tournament thanks to his 143 against Mark Selby in the quarter-finals.

Wilson is getting married in the summer and was quick to express his relief that he still in prime position to claim the £10k prize for the top break.

I read a Graeme Dott Tweet somewhere after he lost to Mark Williams he was complaining about how big the table pockets were . He also said that there was no chance that a qualifier would make the Final as they would burnout due to the amount of games they would have to play .

It's a level playing field as far as the big pockets go for all the players and yes a qualifier will make the Final . Yes , it's a funny old game this snooker . :thumbup:

Everybody can wake up now that session is over .

So you either fell asleep or had to use the Smelling Salts to stay awake .

The table pockets are so big they were missing everything . I mean how did Marco Fu win a frame with a highest break of 18 ? At least Marco had an excuse with his cue tip issues . don't know why Mark Selby gets called The Jester from Leicester . The Zzzester from Zzzester would be more appropriate . It could be a long night tonight folks . :rolleyes:;):grin::D:thumbup:
