in all seriousness burnout theory IMO is a real thing, look at Mark Williams this year he looked so burned out he might bot touch a cue for years, he was miserable, if he was in the right frame of mind i'm sure he would have done much better.

Ronnie gonna be tough to beat in this mood, missing nought.

Selby changed his tune then, last week he was saying many players match sharp cause they playing more events, after he gets beat he claims burn out. Murphy, Walden and the others don't look burnt out.

Gentlemen, this is something special. I didn't see the first 4 frames, but the last three have been superb, with the seventh sublime. To score a 78 just using baulk colours is really something.

The CB control is just out of this world. All without aiming systems and an average shot time of just 14 seconds.

Sitting back watching this display thinking WOW this is pretty much flawless are you sure Ronnie more or less took the year off ? It just looked like he has somehow came off last years Final win and stepped back into the exact same genius zone . One minute I was shaking my head and laughing at how easy he meade the game look . It wouldn't have mattered who the opponent was really as the result wouldn't have been much different but at least Stuart posted a frame on the board to avoid the whitewash . I felt sorry for him at one point .

Funny game...this morning it's lucky for Trump that it ended at 6-2 down..
...Murphy was on fire.
Tonight I think Murphy was lucky for the break.
