Worst Pool Crowd Ever!!!!

it has to be a better crowd thatn watch the womens tour
they clap and cheer every shot even on the mistakes

its like watching jerry springer:D

It's so absurd, they even clap on hangers, and misses. They must be told to applaud by a sign that lights up, like old time tv.

This is an era where almost everybody purchases "au natural", why try to sell "canned laughter"? That is a prescription that causes failed businesses.

i agree we need to have two or three informed people commentating. Something like accu-stats but more professionalism than billy incardona offers, and that guy they have for the ipt, that guy maybe the worst pool commentator ever! Everytime he refers to the bridge as the crutch i would just love to punch him right in the face.

Bring back Sid Wadell! He certainly makes even the most mundane things interesting. Just look at what he does for darts...and the 1999 WPC were all the more exciting because of him.

We would if we could. ^^ But Sid is so good that his identification with the Darts scene made him almost unique for that sport. You know who they are; the great commentators who are sooo good that they become much identified with the sport that made them big. That's really the problem with Sid Waddell, he is the voice of darts- it may actually devalue both if he did other gigs like pool more often.

Here's a question, who do you think is the voice of pool? :)

I can't think of an obvious standout answer, but Jim Wych would have to be a consideration. Not only is he a good commentator but he seems to do it alot.
