Would Anybody Blame Me?

You got a decent kick safe there. The game isnt always about running out. If you are practicing by yourself, play the safe, if the safe looked succesful (ball blocking object ball) then reward yourself with BIH and run out.

Its not so much your bad luck as it is your own fault along the lines of other run outs. This happened to be unlucky but you could play a kick safe or a push to put things in your favor in a match.

Bingo! I've tried ad nauseum to make the point that there is much more to nine ball than how often you break and run, that breaking in a ball and playing a good safe should be viewed as success, not failure. I've further suggested that DCP build confidence by switching to the "six ball ghost," noting that there are very few bad layouts in six ball, but DCP has proven unwilling to change even a single ingredient in his "recipe for failure."

In DCP, I believe we have a man who badly wants to succeed, but will only be truly happy if he continues to fail.
