You got it! Del Webb communities have great amenities. From Florida to California. But you've got to own a house in the complex. Please Not 5% but 10% commission.Hard to avoid the conclusion that someone in the community's home sales dept. asked "Say Bob how about posting a blurb on that pool forum you've been talking about while you've been playing. A local place, kept clean, run by residents, who can close anytime there is trouble and there is a low fee. Not a bad plan at all.
