Zud does not say that there were limitations or restrictions placed on this "7 day return policy".

If there is NO restriction issue on the return what's the problem here?
If it Buyer's Remorse or a flaw in the cue itself Zud seems to say he can take advantage of that 7 day return policy.

They can argue over who eats the S&H.
