If you want to express your opinion on the way WPA runs the World 9b contact this man: Gre Leenders. He is the pres. of the EPBF and a board member of the WPA. He answers emails pretty quick and seems to be a good guy. gre.leenders@planet.nl
He's always replied to my questions and usually pretty quik as well.I sent him an email asking for any info on the World 8 Ball they have on their calendar for next year. I'll post IF I get a response.

I'd like to congratulate them for not going with that idiotic new ball set used at the Mosconi Cup.
Aramith is one of the sponsors. Hopefully those Black turds will be limited to MR events. That would be because the promoters couldn't have really cared less about sponsors.![]()
You raise a good point. The WPA rule book is VAGUE to say the least in regards to slow play. Its says "referee may institute a shot clock" if he feels play is too slow. So from that nebulous statement it sounds like a shot clock is up to the promoter, in this case the QBSF. After nine yrs of complaints you'd think they'd figure this out.I would think that if we wanted to have time limits involved....
...which I think is a good thing...
...the people to contact live in Qatar.
