You have a responsibility to let us know what day you are using. Providing a link to the site before hand is also nice.

OK we now have a bigger problem...

There is no link anywhere on this raffle to what powerball you are using. This on top of the fact that you did not make us aware of when the exact drawing date would be is just wrong.

I expect a refund and would imagine everyone else with any sense would want one too
 
As far as i'm concerned it was stated just fine Kurly is the winner. You had the same chance he did to win the cue and you'd be pissed ass hell if your number had come up and I said it wasn't the right raffle. I said when everyone is paid we'll have the raffle and that what happened. You didn't win he did. Its over

look I was out of town on sat but I did mark everyone as paid on fri. I didn't do anything wrong and I did state which I was using the powerball. Your not getting your money back because you had the chance to win also. Its over and you should congratulate Kurly.

paypal may feel differently than you do. You made a mistake in the way you ran this raffle. You should be a man and admit that and fix it. Either pick a date that we all know about and use it or refund the money. I will contact paypal before dinner if you do not.
 
Have you noticed your the only person complaining? Everyone had the same chance to win and your acting just plan silly about this. Go ahead and contact paypal but nothing will happen. I'd also be very careful with what you do here. Complaining to them might possibly draw unwanted attention to our raffles here and end up costing all of us our chance to run and participate in raffles on here. Again If you haven't noticed your the only one complaining and infact I've recieved several responses from people telling me not to worry about this matter because your the one out of line.

It was a raffle dude, you were purchasing an opportunity to win a cue, you werent purchasing the cue, only the chance... if you request a refund from paypal you should be banned from raffles on this site...

Anyone with half a brain can clearly see that you are the one out of line. You messed up here, not me.

I am sorry you are not a stand up person and that you poorly managed this raffle. Nothing I can do about that. I have already sent a complaint to paypal. I knew by your smart ass remarks earlier that you wouldn't do the right thing.

Dude...... I know what a raffle is. I have been in at least 10 of them and there have been no issues with them . In case you can't read, the problem is that no one knew when the raffle was taking place, I even specifically asked when it was going down, and got no answer.

I hope no one lets you into any of there raffles in the future for fear that they may not satisfy all your special needs... and BTW I can read... hopefully you're just having some fun here with Pimp and are just joking around, because if my children acted like this I would ground them for poor sportsmanship. In other words (in case you cant read between the lines) you are acting like a 6 year old.

Sportsmanship? Special Needs? What a moron you are.

Maybe you have no understanding of business ethics or the importance of these raffles being fair for everyone or maybe you just don't care. Either way, your opinions have nothing to do with the actual problem. BTW, I feel sorry for your children, if you are the one teaching them right from wrong
 
You didn't get a response because I never saw your post till after the raffle was over. Most people here on az have lifes and things to do on the weekends besides sit at their computers and complain about things. I work 11 to 12 hours a day and on weekends I actually go out and play pool and try to promote pool. If you want to know what I was doing instead of looking online for your post I'll show you. Here is a pic of a very bright young pool player and myself at a pool tournament that we won on sat. He's 16 and part of the future of this game that we all love. So while you sit on here acting like a douchbag I'm doing my part to make sure our sport passes on to good hands.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the issue here. Once again you are failing to accept that you screwed up.

And if you are going to call me names, please at least spell them right.

You have used more than one different website for your many drawings on here. You failed to give a link to which one you were using, you failed to let anyone know when the drawing was to take place and you are about to ruin auctions for the whole damn site.

Your stilll on powerball:eek: There is only one powerball drawing that is called The Power Ball. You are right about the name thing. I was out of line to call you a Douchbag and I am sorry for that. I was frustrated and will do my best to refrain from saying such things. But the auction is done and over Kurly is the winner. Good luck with your next raffle :grin:
