He said once it was all paid, then the following raffle would be used. You can clearly see here the p-ball number was 41. Now had it been me, if I received the last payment 5 minutes, or 5 seconds, before the drawing, that is STILL the drawing. Whether or not I get time to post that info is irrelevant, especially since I gave fair warning that once it was paid, the next auction would be used.

I see absolutely no issues in the auction, or the way it played out. I think if he carried it over after receiving all the payments, then you would have an issue, since then he would not have honored his auction.

Could he have supplied it ? Yes
Is it hard to find ? No

The raffle is full!!!!! Once the spots are paid for we'll raffle this baby off.

I read the whole thread and he is pretty clear. You're so far off base, it's not even funny. Like I said, if I had a raffle and made the same declaration, and for whatever reason I couldn't be there to mark everyone paid, BUT I had all the payments, that next drawing, is THE drawing. This is exactly what he did, no more, no less. Now, I like you and you're a decent poster, but this is absolutely a shallow claim. If the raffles are stopped, for whatever reason, I would encourage everyone on the site to put you on ignore.

There is no date, no link or anything. Not sure how you can miss that or the post where I asked when it was happening.

The mods and the person who badly ran this raffle both had several opportunities to fix the problem. They did not and that is why we probably won't have anymore raffles. Someone has to be accountable when money is changing hands. I found out the hard way that iTrader, buyer/seller report, and reputation doesn't mean someone wont lie about something they are selling on here. Another issue totally but the principle is the same.

If money is going to change hands we need a way to police it. the self policing is not working

There is ONE powerball. Of course there is no date, do you think he is psychic? He didn't know when he was getting the last payment. He said clearly that the raffle following the last payment was the raffle. There is ONE powerball, it went off that day or the day after the last payment.

Now you are just being silly.

Every raffle I have been in has given a day or date and the link to the website being used. I don't play the lottery so there is no way for me to know how many websites there are. If YOU go back and check for yourself you will see that the other auctions ran by the same guy had both dates and links on them. they also had different formats with different websites.

You are failing to see what is clearly in front of you and that is your choice, but I am right. the proof is there for anyone to see

I know Pimp and told him I didn't want to get involved in this, but just wanted to add my 2 cents, for what it is worth. Do you think he doesn't wish he would have said 'raffle tonight' or something similar? Do you not think I wish I would have seen the raffle filled and let him to add a date, just so there is no confusion? I personally know he was busy and overlooked it. Does that mean he was dishonest or scammed anyone? Absolutely not. I am sure he does know that it would have been better to mention the date of the drawing to everyone, but either way, the raffle was full, paid, and he used the next drawing.

He meant good and didn't want to upset anyone. HE SHOULD HAVE ADDED THE DATE, BUT FORGOT :( . Him being busy and forgetting to add a few words, should not mean that he is a bad guy or in some way, was dishonest or trying to scam anyone. I will tell you one thing. He did not want to sell this cue, but had to. He had to come up with money, because he pretty much got screwed a few months ago and that left him in a bad spot. Please don't say 'he got screwed so he screwed us', or something along these lines, because he didn't screw anyone.

BPG24, I understand why you wouldn't be completely happy, but that doesn't mean you should ask for your money back and file a claim with Paypal that might screw all of us. You really think he should have refunded everyone their money? Why? So, because he forgot to say a date of the drawing(he did say it would be when everything was paid), he should lose his cue? You know The Kurly One would have wanted the cue and he would have been the one complaining, not you. You have always seemed like a good poster and I always enjoyed reading what you have to say. Please don't think I am only saying this stuff because I know the raffler. This did not have to escalate to where it is now. I think both of you were stubborn, and that may cause us all to lose raffles. I don't want to argue over this, but don't think all the flack that you are giving Pimp is fair. You seem like a good guy and I know Pimp is a good guy. Too bad you guys had a small disagreement that couldn't be resolved, before affecting us all.:(

I appreciate the way you went about this post. Thank you

I am sure he does wish that he would have done what was right. However he had many chances to correct it before we got where we are now and he chose not to. That is on him, and it is too bad that we will all suffer.

Also, i can't feel sorry for him needing money when he admits in another one of his raffles that his gambling problem is why he is selling it to begin with.
