Wrong information

How do I overcome the wrong info that that was reported for my last tour stop? Even though there was only a hand full of players show up. AZ Billiards was given the wrong information. It has since been corrected but not on the eyes of the players who showed up.
I'm new to the tournament directing but I would never give false information to be reported to ruin any credibility to my tour or to AZ Billiards. So from now on I will only report on my new website until this wrong doing had been forgotten.
To all the AZbilliard family, I apologize for any wrong doings and I'll make sure this doesn't happen again

Find out who gave the false information and hold them accountable. You aren't going to post your tour results on here because someone else screwed up? Sounds lame.

Live and learn and move on. No body was hurt and it really isn't that big of a deal. I enjoyed playing in the tournament and even though it was a small field it was tough with the Minnesota players coming down.
