ralf is defenitely still in. there were glitches in information. svb is def out, i watched the match against stepanov... for today matches are over and will start again tomorrow.

and yes, ralf is on the loser's side playing tolentino PHI, it is do or die for him.

These are the matches for Friday, starting at 11 am Manila time. I'm on the east coast, so we are 13 hours behind, meaning that to watch we would tune in beginning at 10 pm Thursday night. My mind is a little cloudy this morning, having stayed up all night watching pool, but nevertheless it seems that none of these guys scheduled to play on Day 3, Friday, can be out yet. Ralf Soquet is scheduled to play Mario Tolentino of the PHI. I reckon this is the win or go home portion of the loser's bracket, with the winner of each match advancing to the 64. Is that right?

I thought live coverage via ESPN will start at 10 pm Thursday night too. However, Jay said it will start at 1 am Friday US est.
 
Oh no... Chuck Shriner is doing commentary. You guys watch out. He is really bad i warn ya. Count how many times he says 'Unforce Errors' throughout the day, and how long you can stand his commentary before you mute your TV / PC.....
 
I just watched a shot where De Luna had to shoot a ball that was sitting on top of that plastic racking template. On contact, the template went skidding across the table, and the shot missed by a mile. He was visibly frustrated.

I don't understand why they're using this to rack. Most of the time it doesn't get in the way or cause a problem....but "most of the time" doesn't cut it in professional pool.
 
We all got screwed by the TV network . Am totally pissed now. Can watch pool on TV. :mad::mad: Real mad.
how could they do this? They should be sued or something. Totally irresponsible.
