WTB 3/8-10 JP's with Tip Pik and Scuffer or custom for new JB

Looking for these for my new Varney JB. All help appreciated. TYVM. Also interested in custom JP's that would match my JB's phenolic joints

Could you post some pictures here of the tip-pik part?
I am wondering how the pics are held in.
Also how are the abrasive scuffer particles secured. How long will it last?

How does the scuffer part hold up? Is the grit permanent?

They hold pretty good just about as good as the cue cubes with the same grit. The tip pick is really nice on it.
