WTB a good cue (for no more than $150), and I do not care about the condition of it.

I am really wanting to find a cue (something nice, and maybe unique, like maybe an unknown custom), and I really do not care about the condition of the cue (just so it is fairly straight).

I do not have more then $150 to spend, so I hope that someone has something nice to offer me for no more then $150.

Just looking for a good player.

I really want to get back in to pool (after a 3 month break of not being able to play), and want something nice to shoot with.

I sold my last cue on here (which was a super nice 4 point custom with veneers) for $130 shipped (and took me awhile to get that price out of it), so I figure that I should be able to find something decent for under $150.

Please do not think that I am asking for a cue that is worth more then what I have to spend, because I am not.

Just want to see what is out there for my budget of $150.

If anyone knows of any good deals for $150 or less (from sellers here on AZ), then please post a reply in this thread with a link to the for sale thread.

Most of the cues on here are very high end, and it is just too hard trying to find any (if there are any) that are in my price range of $150 or less.

Thanks.

You were just given a helmstetter for the cost of shipping a few months back! What are you AZ's red headed step child?

Geez, give it a rest,, go online and buy a cue, how fugging hard is that, there are at least 10 websites with new cues in that price range..or you could just look at the cues for sale on AZB, .but you keep coming here to have everyone do your shopping for you....what a putz

Christ. Do the history on this guy. Care to answer what you did with the cue you were basically given by a kind AZB member?
Ignore is probably the best option.
Don't fall for this crap again people.

That was last December (and the cue was sold to me for $50, not the cost of shipping), and I have payed it forward so many times since then. I got desperate for money, and had to sell it. What would you do if you had no food to eat, and were going hungry (and needed money to survive)? Or needed money to pay your electric bill? I had to do what any human would to survive. I have already apologized to the person that sold the Helmstetter to me for $50 shipped. I wish I could have kept my word, and held on to the cue forever, but times got hard, and I just could not hold on to it. Look at all of the steals that AZB members have gotten from me over the years. I have never made any money off of this site. I have always lost money to be honest. I buy a cue for $200 on ebay, and then resell it on here a few months later for $150 (and it is always a really hard sell when selling anything on here). I knew that if I created this thread, then you guys would just give me a hard time. I sold my last cue on here for $130 shipped, and it was a super nice custom (4 points with veneers, leather wrap, and some super nice figured birds eye maple in the forearm and butt). Any one of you guys would have been asking $300 on here for that same cue, and I let it go for $130 shipped. Please do not try to humiliate me, and insult me anymore. As I said, I am not looking for a steal on a cue. I just want something decent for a fair price. Sorry that I created this thread. Trust me, it will never happen again, because I know what you guys think of me. I should have known that this would happen (if I ever created a WTB thread again after accepting that generous offer on the cue last December, that I was never expecting to begin with).

Not my place to talk. Maybe you should keep the money. Find a cue that you will actually keep and buy it and keep it for awhile. Or maybe be smarter with your money, blowing $200 on a cue when you have to sell a cue at a loss to pay bills is a pretty idiotic idea in my opinion at least, maybe you could explain the logic behind that?

I am unemployed currently, so that means I have no cash income, I attend college and have to pay for food and bills as well. I get government grants to attend school which is how I afford it. When I have the money I like to shoot pool and have a nice custom Jacoby that I saved up for 2 years to get. I spent $600 on it and since then have acquired a few after market shafts for it. Maybe since you struggle so much to make ends meat you should learn the value of the dollar and not blow it on a cue that you are going to sell "at a loss" in a few weeks or months.

Tl;Dr : Learn the value of a dollar, save up your money buy a cue that you actually will enjoy playing with and keep it for awhile.

The OP is moving around and found new work. He is probably on his feet where he needs to be right now or he wouldn't be wanting a cue. Read some of his past history before you go attacking him. We all get in a rut every now and then, but we get out. Justin, I hope everything is going good for you..
