I'm looking for a nice minty Widowmaker cue that Bert Kinister still sells. Send a PM with pictures and price.

Thanks

You may also want to look for a Gregg Hearn as he made the widowmaker. There were some on secondary market a while ago.Gregg passed away in march at the age of 51.

i missed the chance to buy one a few years back and wish i had. i talked to bert but they seemd kinda high in price

Price

Yep, all are one of a kind and he will quote $1500 and up I believe. Or that is what he told me when I talked to him about the one I have.

I shot with one for about a year but I took a Prather on a trade and promptly fell in love so I sold the widowmaker. Have you tried to contact Bert directly? His number is 1-800-898-7665. If nothing else, he is very entertaining.

Good Luck

Dave

According to Bert, there is a 3 yr wait. He no longer stocks the cues, all are custom made.

True that, I played for about an hour with him one day before I knew who he was (about 2 years ago) coincidentally as I was designing my own personal design cue (built by JMW). He was very friendly and didnt hesitate to give freely his opinion about the design. He definately does not mince words or sugar coat his opinions.

We were playing 9 ball and he didnt safe me at all he would try a 3 or 4 rail shot instead to practice so I won a few games.

He had 4 or 5 cues I coulda had for about $1000 to $1500. The cues he had at the time were all dark forearm dark points. Not exactly what I was looking for.

I have a Tulipwood Widowmaker #65. No points, just a solid butt & forearm. 3/8x10 joint, with original and a Pred. 314
