I don't know about Mike's cues, but I play with a Cog. and I love it! It's incredibly well-balanced and hits great! I have a Purple Heart with Ebony/Ivory/Sterling Silver inlays and it's gorgeous. Playability is great, I was using a Rick Howard with a Predator shaft and I wondered if I could make the transition to Joey's shaft. I haven't any problems with transitioning over. I would highly recommend a Cog. Hope this helps and good luck with your decision.

one of the best playing cues i have ever had bar none was a plain jane ebony cog. also the craftsmanship is second to none.

Not sure your price range, but I have a plain rosewood Stacey with one shaft that I will sell for $300. I don't have pics handy but let me know if you're interested.

I have owned 4 stacey cues. I still have 2 and one on the way. They are a great hitting cue. I also have an ebony cog. that I love to death. If you have the money I would say a cog is the way to go. If not a stacey is an awesome player. You can get a whole lot of cue for the money.

thanks guys im still deciding is there anyway to order a custom cue from cognoscenti anyone have his contact info
