My Dad is getting back into playing league, and the cue he previously used is no longer playable. Looking for something cheap, steel joint, decent tip (soft or medium). Decent condition would be ideal. Shipping is to London, Ontario, Canada.

got one for 100 real nice with a 1 inch fiber ferrule and a Moori med tip
 
I also have 4 Dufferin sneaky-petes, with Wood/Wood joint

Both hve pin in shaft or pin in butt. I also have a couple of Schmelke or Viking Cues made in USA that I could do for $100.00. But then you have shipping of about $35.00 that you would have to deal with.

My cues are 10 to 25 years old but in great condition and alot are like old/new/stock.

Hi Mike,
Those duffys sell for about $40 here. I originally thought of your postings but I didn't have a chance to look over them last night. I had a bk2 shipped here recently from the Philly area and shipping was actually quite reasonable with a delivery confirmation.

I'll have a look later today. Thanks.

You do realize these Dufferins are the older ones, that are not made anymore, right? They sell for around 100-150 all day. The ones that sell for 40-50 bucks are the new made in Taiwan ones.
These older ones offered to you are made in canada and hit much better. They are some of the best hitting sneakies for under 200.

SO is Ontairio filled with older Duffereins you can get for $40? I would buy them and list on EBAY. I just saw one go for 93 plus shipping.

See if Jim Baxter has anymore of his "barn finds". I have one and it hits great. I am using it for a break cue but a couple of my buddies are offended I would use "such a great hitting cue" as a break cue and ruin it. He has them reasonable. I had him change it to a radial joint and add phenolic type material at the joint to help protect it since I was getting it to be a break cue. I think he was selling the unmodified version for 85.00

My options locally are limited.

There is a cue builder fellow in my Dads town, I will use him as a last resort.

Ive actually used one of those duffys as a player in my earlier years, I can get a Canadian made duffy local for dirt cheap. Even a used one. One of the perks of actually living in Canada. Im looking for something a bit more specific, listed above.
