Wow

WOW thanks.... The only concern that I have, personally, is that most of the cues I'm not familiar with but that really doesn't matter... I'm currently going over the cues and I am pming you guys. thanks and keep the cues coming

I have a joss with orig shaft and a predator 314 2 shaft 30in. I've had it for about 4 years maybe still in good condition a few scratches but not that noticeable. Both shafts are still in great shape. I'm trying to sell it for $575 let me know. Ill post pics up soon.

Well for 400-700 which cuemakers should i look for? I really liked that Troy Downey but I didn't have enough time lastnight to look at all the pm's and mail... so if anyone has a cue like that one LMK... thanks

IMO stay with a custom cue you are better off, cause if you dislike it. Sale it. The custom will hold its value... If you buy a production cue the value falls off such as a McDermott and Meucci and so on.. Just some to think about. Good luck on finding the cue of your dreams:smile:

Here is a gorgeous Mike Stacey...I purchased but am not using. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I JUST WANT A GOOD PLAYING CUE..:scratchhead::help:

Check out Jeff Olney cues. They are great players and very good quality

What kind of cues have you been playing with? What did you like or dislike about them? Do you play competively (leagues or tournaments)? Do you need case too? One or two shafts?

These are some of the questions I would be asking?
There are a lot of cues out there! A full-splice plain jane from a reputable cuemaker is the way to go. Many cuemakers will also trade-up once you decide they will be making your dream cue. Your dream cue will NOT be the 1st cue you buy. It may not even be the last...

I hate to tell you but....

You might not like whatever cue you end up buying, unless you play with it first. There are many good cues out there, but unless you know what specs you like....particularly taper, it's a crap shoot.

I have a beautiful Schon for sale. It is a CX-06. It has been discontinued several years ago. It has been my playing cue for 9 years. The butt is in excellent condition with no dents, dings, etc. The shaft gives the nicest most solid hit I've ever had on any of my many sticks that I've played with over the years. The shaft is also in very nice condition. I will get some pics posted tomorrow. It also comes with an extra shaft but it is an aftermarket shaft. I don't know the make of it as it was included when I bought the stick. Both shafts roll true by themselves as well as when connected to the butt. It is made of birds-eye maple and has 5 points. All of the black is ebony and all of the white is ivory. Each ivory dagger has a diamond inlay of red vermillion.

Fell free to PM if you have any questions. I want $600 for all.
