What taper........... prather or porper so does grizzly.com, wttool.com
I've had good luck with the one from little machine shop-

I'm not sure why you would need one but I don't believe I've ever seen something like that advertised anywhere anyway. However I could be wrong. I keep thinking about trying to make a small 4-jaw independent chuck with a live center for a tail-stock to make bumping the butt much easier when truing up points. I do it now with a live 4-jaw mounted in a steady rest.

Not a 4-jaw, but you can probably find one with a 4-jaw independent, or change the chuck yourself to do what you want to do...
