WTB: Lizard wrap

I'm looking to get a lizard wrap put on a cue and I'd appreciate some expert/experienced recommendations for who I should send it to. It's a custom made cue but the original maker doesn't do exotic wraps. The cue currently has a linen wrap. Mike Webb and Paul Mottey (both are $250) are what I'm coming up with. Thanks.

From what I've heard and seen myself, Kenny Murrell does an awesome job with these. I bought a cue with one of Mr. Murrell's wraps on it, and I thought it came out awesome. 99.9% invisible seam.

well, i have two lizard wrap cues done by barry szamboti and the wraps are outstanding. i'm not sure how much he charges for a wrap, but i'm sure he's competitive. and i believe his repair work is a much, much shorter wait than it is to have a cue made.

I have a Mike Webb lizard wrap on my Schon...fantastic job and quick turnaround. Can barely find the seam. Really does good finish work I hear as well.

I think you got the "national" guys in Webb, Mottey and Murrell ... uncle Larry can hook you up with Murrell.

Also our mutual friend, Kenny, also has a setup to do Lizard wrap now.

anyone with experience in Scott Sherbine (Proficient Billiards) 's Lizard Wrap? Thinking of getting one done up by him. Thanks..

OH my God ...

It is a good thing that Solly (Solartje) hasn't seen this
thread or you all would be in for a tongue lashing ... lol

One of the nicer looking lizard wraps I've seen is on a Capone cue. But I think it goes with black the best.

Your right. I don't like the ringtail lizard wraps, to me they're funny looking. He does great work with leather wraps, IMO. Seam, what seam?
I have a Blk. lizard on one cue & a pigskin just like a football on the other from Mike.

I don't think I've ever seen Scot do a lizard wrap. I've had a leather wrap put on by him (including the groove for a new wrap) and he did a great job.
