I'm an authorize dealer of Kamui as well, and on the website it says that they are shipping all pre-orders of the new Kamui II's (browns) and Blacks on 8/15/2010. So troy and all the other authorize people that are getting stock from Kamui directly should be getting their stock shortly after.
