Anyone have Nitti, Barnhart, or Hill out there for around the same price?

I already know TravD has one for 800 and I'm keeping him in mind.

The money can't budge though. Wife is putting up the cash, she set the limit she is comfortable with.

Custmqs has shown me what will happen if I cross that price, so i'm going to stay away from that situation.
