WTB Poly Foam Sleeves/bags

I am in need of a source for some poly-foam sleeves for shipping pool cues. I think the size is approximately 3" x 36". You can also refer to this material as air foam. I know they are out there because I receive cues in them from time to time. Does anyone have a source?
