What's a "Taper Roll" ???

WTB one in like new condition (i.e. NO bluing, NO dings, mint ferrule) Needs to be piloted 5/16x14 w/ ALL black collar, no ring.

Will consider pre-cat ones, too.

Not really, I have sold and bought 314's, in my wanted condition, numerous times. What restrictions? Do you mean wanting one that is well kept! :) Bump...........
