It has been out of print for several years. It is available as a reprinted chapter in Charlie Bond's "The Great Break Shot" book, available from BeeBob Publishing:

The DVD (2) are great. He shows you and tells you how to do things on the breaks of 8,9,10,15, and 14.1 Johnnyt

So buying the great break shot book is better than the original racking secrets book?

For what you would have to pay for a copy of Racking Secrets, you get it reprinted as well as much more information in The Great Break Shot. The DVD's are good as JohnnyT mentioned.

The racking secrets DVD is great! In fact, I just starting watching it this last weekend. I had a question about one of the 9-ball racks, e-mailed Joe from his website, and he got back to me very fast with some suggestions. Joe does a great job of describing how to read the racks, how you should expect it to break, and how to hit it to make it break that way.
