WTB Scruggs weight bolt

I just picked up a 2000 Scruggs 4-pointer, and it's a little nose-heavy.

Can someone tell me what size weight bolt it takes, and where I might buy the right bolt? Looking to add 7/8 or 1 oz.

Sorry for the off-topic post here, but I tried this question in the Ask a Cuemaker forum but didn't get a reply.

call bob frey at 14107477392 they use the exact same bolt! tell him that pooky send you and if its nose heavy...you might just want to add .5 oz first but bob have a lot of bolt.Just talk to him he can help you

I would wait longer for a response in the CM forum.

In addition, it being a Scruggs, I would honestly put it in the hands of a reliable cue maker or repair man for such a thing...even a weight bolt.

Does it have a butt cap? If it is delrin the butt cap might come loose when removing a weight bolt.

Asking about a weight bold isn't as straight forward in a custom as it might be in a mass produced cue.

Even a sneaky by Scruggs is an investment quality cue, I wouldn't screw with even the weight bolt and would put it in the hands of the best cue maker I could for adjustment....if I would even screw with it at all.....

I know that Dan Janes has been given authority by Mr Scruggs to reproduce the Scruggs logo. Scruggs started off in the JOSS shop after all. Perhaps Janes can help with a weight adjustment?
