I'm looking to pick up a very plain wrapless cue of some kind that's very well constructed immediately.

Used is fine, I'm looking to keep the price at under $200 shipped to Vancouver, Canada. Just looking to see what's out there asides from what I can grab from the local shops.

Payment by PayPal, I have a bunch of references on other forums.

Just a suggestion to keep costs down you might want to have it shipped to a place just across the border, (it's called ship happens) because border fees are killer... when I purchased my frey s/p I ended up paying around 100 dollars more on shipping and duties. I know a lot of car guys in Vancouver that have done this in the past to save some cash, so I don't think you'll have any problems with a cue.

Yep, 'Ship Happens' is a viable alternative...I believe they are located in Lynden, WA? I'm having a tough time remembering where they are located..it is up in one of the 'border' towns...Lynden, Blaine, or perhaps Ferndale.

There are other places...but I happen to know that FedEx does deliver there.

It is pretty normal for Canadians to have the item shipped to a location in the US just across the border, and then they just declare it was property brought into the US when they crossed the border earlier.

I remember a guy drove down to pick up a pricey mouintain bike once, at our terminal in the States. He actually spent the next 45 mins assembling the bike in our parking lot, threw the box away in our dumpster, and stuck on his bike rack atop his SUV, and back towards the border he went!

I'm a student up here, so no car unfortunately. Think I'll take my chances with Canada Post, the private carriers have charged me ridiculous amounts. I remember reading an article about someone filing a class-action suit against UPS in Canada because of their fees.

Mike Stacey SP

I've got a nice Mike Stacey SP available....I'd ship it to you for $250 or maybe you can hitch a ride down to B'Ham, WA and just pick it up at the Pub ;)
