I want to buy the 4th cue(ebony points + green veneers) from the right hand side.

I'll also consider another Blackcreek cue that has a very similar look.

Were these pictures taken at a cue show or a tournament? That's quite a nice selection of Blackcreek cues. I have a Blackcreek full splice cue and i've owned many custom cues in my pool playing career and i've been very impressed with it compared to other cues that i've owned and played with.
