There's a recent you tube of a guy putting on a Kamui Brown with pretty much nothing more than a knife, super glue and sandpaper, does a nice job too. You might look at at the porper big shaver

ok you're going to need some various grits of sand paper, super glue gel, and brand new razors. if you're doing layered tips they have to be the sharpest you can find.

i use 60 grit all the way down to 2k
