There are some good ones made by a company called "Freightliner Cases". They are heavy duty aluminum very similar to the Zero-Halliburton cases, but around 1/3 the cost. I had a couple of them and sold them...there may still be one or two floating around on AZB.
If you don't want any cheap ones you might consider the cases made by the cue builder Dan Dishaw. Although expensive they are the ultimate in cue storage and protection and used by many of the top cue builders while traveling. I myself am going to spring for the 32x64.
Its awesome, I carry 2 4x8 cases in it loaded. Wrap your cases (with cues in them) with bubble wrap. You can travel with 1-4 cue cases in it. Just fill excess space with bubble wrap....not a scratch or ding on anything. No matter how much they throw it around. It locks too.....
