define custom? a factory cue with a tip change of your choice?
I got a custom Schmelke (one of their factory cues ordered to my spec, sneaky pictured below):
- R040 Cocobolo 4-Prong Spliced Cue
- 3/8 10 pin, 1/4" black rings at the joint, Ignite layer Soft tip, 12.5mm shaft with long pro taper 12.5"
I also have three 6 point SW style custom cues (2 from Carmeli "off his shop shelf", 1 from Jim Pierce "ordered to my specs") that were over $2000 new each.
