Save for a Murnak

Personally I think you could be in a dream IMHO, as if you search the archives of AZBilliards, you will see few Jim Murnak Case have been trading hands.

I think this is because the Murnak Product is quality, and owner are happy with what they have, so why get something else.

I personally have been anticipating the order of a Murnak Vintage in either 2 x 4, or 3 x 6. I have been putting my change in a jar each day when I get home from what I am doing.

Soon I will reach what I need to order a Case from Murnak than my quandary is 2 x 4 or 3 x 6, and am leaning towards the 3 x 6 for that extra cue i just might want to carry.

I currently have a Whitten that I love but am going to the Murnak for storage room, dedicated jump butt compartment, and sturdiness.

Love my Whitten but the upholstery grade leather does not take the abuse this pool player dishes out to his case from time to time.

can anyone who owns a Murnak here comment on they way the butts seem so loose inside the case.it is as if they slap back and forth inside the tubes.is this a concerb to anyone?

Nothing finer than a Murnak, I've owned them all, Justice, Whitten, Flowers, etc. I currently own 3 Murnaks. A vintage tooled 2x4 a standard 1x2 and his newest creation, a updated copy of a vintage Brunswick 1x2. You can go to IndyQ.com. He has a large selection of 1x2's, 2x4's and 3x6's. I think the 3x6's start around $400.

I owned a whitten 3x6 there almost round and will not lean against the wall .
It will roll off every time and not quite big enough to stand on it's own.
