WTB: Whitten Spacer Kit for 4X8 Case

Does anyone have a Whitten Spacer Kit that they would sell for a Whitten 4X8?
I am not sure if there is a standard kit or if I only need spacers for the 8 shafts.
Here is a picture of what I need.
