I don't know if you drive but there are other rooms still around. Silver cue in Woburn, Corner Pocket in Waltham, Peabody has World Class Billiards, and out north Country Club USA and Maxamillions.

To name a few.

Yeah, now there is really no place to play near Boston. Gonna have to go north to find a decent hall. Both World Class Billiards in Peabody and Country Club USA in Chelmsford are nice rooms and have player's specials. World Class's everyday special is noon - 8pm for $8 (pool) or $10 (billiards). Best deal in town I'd say as they have 9" Diamonds and 4 heated billiards tables. Country Club USA also has nice tables (GCs) and a special, although it's restricted to weekends I think: 10 - 6pm for $12.

The good news is that Jillian's has taken on the leagues and are very welcoming to all the "lost" Greater Boston players.
