Trying to be neutral here, but I don't think you proved anything really. Just because he says what packaging you might have used does not prove that he has the package. I believe the was assuming that you used his old packaging because he claims that you switched cues and "returned" the cue to him to avoid paying the postal expense. What's interesting is that you did not refute that.

As for him saying you delivered it on the 18th vs the 23rd. He probably assumed you delivered it around that time since the tracking says item delivered on the 18th. What that actually meant that his cue was delivered to you, not that you sent the package to him. So the tracking that you gave him is actually his tracking to you, with the Kikel being "returned" to him. Confusing I know, that probably confused him. It confused me for a bit.

Also, he actually did claim to not receive the cue. It's right after him accusing you of using his packaging.

I also think that he wasn't trying to be mean and bring your wife into this. He only mentioned her because maybe that was the name on the package.

He should have pm'ed and posted. Maybe you saw the post, maybe you didn't, but he should have done both.

All i see with the tracking number provided is the package from Luc leaving his home town post office which was delivered to Gambler on the 18th and then it says that on the 23rd (5 days after delivery) that the item was refused by Gambler and is returning to sender which i personally can only view 1 way, Luc is right and he stuffed the KQ in the used package 5 days later and went to the PO saying he refused the package to save his KQ shipping costs.

I don't have a dog in this fight except getting to the truth but i don't see a reason why Luc got blasted with red other than him not being proficient in english and not perfect at getting his point across.

If everything was done right there should have been a USPS shipping number posted, not Luc's Canada Post number.

I just pm you, it include key information about the trade and what 21Gambler did to save shipping cost. I still can't beleive he did that, to save approx. $20.00 in shipping.

I accept your point of view, don't get me wrong.

The only reason why I am doing this is to protect anyone else at AzBilliards to have to go through the same problems that I am facing with since January 23rd, 2013. This is not cool at all, and this guy (21Gambler) need to take is responsibility as a seller/trader when dealing with Azer's customers.

This guy got my Schon SP1407 with two custom Predator 314 shafts done by Evan Clarke from Schon, plus $150.00 in cash (under if wife name) for a total value of $1,200.00 within four business days and I'm sitting here waiting for my Dave Kikel cue without any kind of help from him. Please keep an eye on that Schon, he will probably put it up for sale soon using another name or another person (to sale it) for him.

Right now I am trying to inform anyone who would like to know more about this guy, and hopefully by doing that I protect some of my friends at AzBilliards because beleive me, IT'S NOT FUN AT ALL.

I will take your suggestion and try to work on the tone of my threads, it will be better that way.

Unfortunately this is why dealing out of country sucks. I shipped a simple OB break cue to Canada. It sat in customs for 3 weeks, then was eventually returned to me. Gambler isn't scamming you. The cue is in transit, even if it wasn't shipped the best (or ethical) of ways. Right now it is a waiting game and maybe a paperwork game, but the cue should show up. Patience needs to be used on this. These outbursts don't look well on you either. It does suck it is taking so long, this why I don't ship overseas anymore. You just never know.

This should not stop you to ship to Canada, those things happen once in a while and you didn`t lost your OB cue either. As you know, in my case I haven`t receive my Kikel cue yet and many here thing I have been very patient so far.

But I will take your advice and try to stay positive and patient and time will tell the truth. Would you know by any chance, how long this could take and what steps I should follow to speed up the process.
