For sale an excellent Scruggs plain jane.
Cinnamon stained BEM forearm and buttsleeve, white delrin buttcap, ss joint with 5/16 14 pin. Refinished by Tim in the mid 90s.

Cue is 58" 19.5oz 3.9oz shaft weight with a 15.6oz butt. 12.9mm LBM ferrule with moori tip. White w/ brown speck wrap recently cleaned and repressed.
Cue is in strong 90-95% condition, there is a small dent in the finish on the buttsleeve that you have to roll the cue in bright light to find. Shaft has a very very small roll, and the ferrule could stand to be replaced, has a smudge that looks like someone sanded on (could be left alone, cue plays jam up as is) Asking $650 shipped anywhere in the US.
Take this chance to buy a Scruggs, it would cost 1200 to get Tim to make a similar cue today. :D

Nice cue, what kind of wood is that?
It's birdseye maple...but looks like it's got a fair amount of "curl" in it, too.

Super nice looking cue. I bet it's a player, too.

Hey Chuck, is that one of them double banger Lazy Boys with the heat and massage feature? Now that a bad boy. You shouldn't store your cue on it.

good playing cue...same one I had earlier in the year. Plays really well. Wanted to buy it back myself, but still need to sell my carter.
