Yes, this is the real thing. I know the basics of the story. Nintendo had a World Championship and had these games made just for that purpose. The 4 sliders in the upper left hand corner ID either the game or the user of the game. There were only a hand full of these made and they are as rare as it gets for the Nintendo collector. This is their Golden Buska and the right collector with deep pockets will not flinch at the current price. This is History boys............
Not sure if some people are just bidding w/o the intention of buying just to hype up the item/story, but at this point it's going to be well over 100k. Think that if this seller was serious, he would have it at a auction house, cause transactions at that cost almost never occur on Ebay.

Don't laugh.. there are gamers that are thinking spending 2500 on a cue is nuts.
BTW as a side note... these are the guys that up in the 90's and took your job. I krecently... at least those that have jobs...
I wonder if on the gamers forum there are any... can you ID this cartridge for me? Or Does the NES stock controller have to much squirt and throws Mario off the mushroom?

Most likely what happened is the seller has multiple accounts and pumped and shill bid his own item or had multiple friends/other people bid on it repeatedly. You never see items that have 300+ bids within a one day period going from $5k to 100k especially when it started on sale 1/18 with no bids and then all of a sudden 6 days later 300+ bids within that 24 hour period lol...it shows so much interest and the other "bidders" will remain anonymous to other people so he can make it look like it has a tons of interest.
