Hi,

I just got this gina less than a week ago.I would hate to let it go as this is a beautiful cue.It is just it has ivory ferrulles and i am finding it hard to adapt to it.I would be interested to go back to a southwest cue.

So i am willing to let go of this one either for a cash offer.i am also looking for a nice southwest without ivory ferrules and 13 mm.
I might also decide to raffle this if interested can pm me.plz dont post on this thread.

Here are the specs

butt 15.20oz
shaft 4.27oz
shaft 4.23oz
Balance 18.5" from butt
Ivory Ferrules
Tips Moori M.
SS pin 5/16-18
Joint Ivory
wrap Black pig skin

Why not just get a new shaft with a non ivory material or replace the ferrule of one of your shafts to a non ivory material?

I would just slap a Predator shaft on it....

I like getting a southwest.I have played with a sw for a while and really like them.I like the big pin:)

IMO, you'll like this Gina a lot when you get accustomed to it. It always takes a while when you change to a different type of cue. If you're willing to give it enough time, there is no doubt in my mind that you will soon fall in love with Ernie's cue.

But if you are dead set in getting rid of it, now is the time to do it... while it is still new.

.

This is why you don't sell a cue to try another.. Always keep your old one until you try the new one.

all due respect to ernie but a friend had the same style cue ivory joint and ferrules and i wasnt too cracked up about the way it played either. it couldnt be my every day player

Don't want to hijack this thread BUT I'm not a collector, I play pool!!!
Any cue that I'll use for playing will have a Predator shaft for it. Yes I can play with any shaft but I feel most comfortable with a Predator shaft.

BTW, If you take the Ferrari for racing then you will change the "everyday" tires to racing tires that will perform better....

I wouldn't mind discussing this further but let's take it somewhere else.

i played with a predator since 1997. i recently switched back. its all about feel and sticking with what you have. i can play equally with either

Well no one has mention this so I will.

Seller is in Thailand, cue is in Thailand

U.S. Customs Agent/U.S. Fish & Wild Life Agents stand between you and US Buyers.

I am talking about bring ivory in the the USA.

I think you could have a problem, so I would check with the US Embassy in Thiland and have the Inter Agency Liaison to see how you can prove the Ivory is Pre Band.

My advice is if you send it to the USA DO NOT SEND WITH FED EX. FedEx from Asia goes through customs in Alaska and the dude running the customs up there is a fish/wildlife/environmentalist/tree hugger.

Forgive me if I am wrong but Postal, and UPS also go threw ALASKA.

EMS only...no Fedex, no UPS, no TNT, no private BS companies... there are operating as custom agencies as well ;)... EMS hits on USPS so no problems...
