Any word if Wu will be playing the International 9 Ball Open? I've been checking players list and he is not registered.

For last year's US Open, we had from China and all in world top 65

Jiaqing Wu,
Haital Liu,
Bing Ji Chu,
Jin-Hun Dang, and
Hao Xiang Han

This year no entries from China.

Also I note Siming Chen (CHN) previously was expected to attend Vivian's event shortly after and now is off the list.

Thanks for the replies. I knew as of my original post none of the players who represent China were on the list, I was hopeful there might be some late entries. The field is still world class and should be a great event. Good luck to Pat and the International Open.

So 2019 at the Mandalay Bay, you in? You better be, this is ''the right place at the right time''. It could be a ''turning point'' in our sport/game.

Wishing you well in Vegas 2019. If you Don't show, it won't make sense. I hope you win it, it will be a Tiger Moment. The best always know when to peak. Efie Knows....China is the ''players'' murmur of ''lockin' it down''.

Everyone forgot what hapoened with KO-Shaw match?
I was sure no Taiwan/China entries this year.
Chinese and Finnish people seems to have one thing common. If they promise something, they keep it. They not do it lightly.

I wonder if the lack of entries from China is due to the recently souring relations between the US and China. It could be that due to governmental pressure they are having to be in a waiting mode to see if those relations are going to take a swing for the better or for the worse, or perhaps their government already made the no-go call.
