sounds like a great tournament- a lot of money for the top finishers. Shame it is being played on a bar table though. I echo the sentiments that somebody had in another thread that having more and more pro tournaments on bar tables is a bad sign for pro pool in the US

Value is in the eye of each consumer, and everyones idea of a good value will vary quite a bit. Based solely on the significant number of viewers we have for this event, there are a lot of people who do see the value in the content PoolActionTV has offered from this event. We're not forcing anyone to purchase said content, they are doing it of their own desire and free will.

At the end of the day, it would most likely cost more to drive to your local poolhall, have a sandwich and a couple drinks, and that's assuming the poolhall is nearby and in the same city. We have viewers from all over the country, and several who are overseas (some serving our country as we speak) who do value & desire our content and the entertainment we are providing, who otherwise would have zero access to view this awesome event.

I don't see this as bad. Don't know the venue but maybe they only have 7' tables? And MAJOR props to them for putting on an exciting tourn.!!
