WWYD? - Funny Situation

I had someone contact me yesterday stating they never got a pool tee shirt they ordered. I was kind of confused because I have not done any tee shirts in awhile. I looked back through post by this person and the order was from August of 2010!, over 14 months ago. I found this situation actually amusing and told the person I would send them a shirt in there size if I had one in my inventory. Life is full of surprises but usually if I do not receive an item within a month I make contact.

On one hand I would be thinking, damn why didn't they say something sooner?
But Ultimately my fault..didn't fill order for whatever reason.

Not a big ticket item so really not a big deal. Real easy to make it up to this customer.

I would not know if I sent it or not 14 months back, my memory is not that good when I have probably shipped over 500 items since then. I have no tracking records that far back either but your right its not that big of a deal but never had someone wait that long before contacting me about an issue.
