X Breaker

I bought the X Breaker at VF and i have to give it to the guy that invented it. It is the BEST that i have ever seen. I tried everything at the expo and this one was the best for me. I have let everyone at the pool room here try it and they cant waite until they can get one. I let my best friend take it last night and try it and he call me and said he had never made so meny balls on the break and was putting 3 and 4 racks togeather at a time. (It takes a lot to impress this guy) If anyone is thinking about buying a break stick i would highly reccommend this one. If you are at a show and see it give it a try. You wont be dissapointed. Because of my back i could not get much force from my whole body, but with the X Breaker i found just useing my arm was eneough for now. I just got out from having back surg. 3 days ago and cant waite to get back to the table to try it with my back being in better shape. Special thank again to Richard Chan and the inventors.

What in your opinion makes this breaker better than other break cues?
 
Thanks Denny. It was nice to see you and the gang at VF. I am planning a trip up there asap to do a class with you and the Stroketrainer ok. I also got to see Sara in VF did you see her?

What makes me fell this way about this break stick is the way i can control the cueball and i dont have to his it as hard as i would with the other cues. I have yet to break a rack and not make a ball. 8 ball or 9 ball. I also love the way it jumps. It does this with such ease. Richard showed me a veido of Larry Nevel jumping a ball with just a credit card with between the balls. Of course Larry was just useing the Shaft but he still made the ball. I have jumped a ball's with,very easy and can control the cue also. It does cost a lot but what is money?? You cant take it with you and what you leave behind someone will just fight over it. Anything i think will help me play better i will buy it no matter the cost. I was once told betting better dosent have a price and to get better you have got to have the right tools and put in the work after you get them.
 
Doug, every time I've run into Richard at the high-profile events, he sells out of every single X-breaker. I even saw Charlie "Hillbilly" Bryant having fun with the X-breaker, experimenting and seeing all that it could do. Both Charlie and Larry Nevel are known for their breaking expertise. ;)

One doesn't have to exert a lot of strength in the break. What do you think is another unique characteristic about the X-breaker that separates it from the rest? Would it be cue-ball control, or the way the balls lay out after impact?

These X-breakers do seem to be selling like hotcakes. :)

What material and type of tip does it have,what kind of ferrule,how long is ferrule,how big is tip,what kind of taper on the shaft,i have seen larry jump 1 ball away many times.

I tried it there. I didn't buy one because I thought my Madison Bob break cue broke at least as good and I just didn't like the feel of the xbreaker. I will however grant that it jumped better than any other jump cue I've tried including my MB which jumps pretty damn good.

I agree, best breaking and jump cue that I have ever owned or tried. I love it!

I love the fact that i dont have to hit the ball as hard and i also have noticed that the balls seem to spread out good but not just fly around the table. Its like the balls are stunned. I prictied with it the early in the morning before my match and broke and ran 3 racks but i had to quit because of my back but when it got time for my match i could not hardley walk. I told my the guy i was playing what was going on and that i would have to play real slow.Real nice of him to be ok with me playing so slow) I made balls everytime i broke but i could not bend over to shoot. I finnely quit after the first set. I didnt winn a game but the breake stick did it's part. Jennie you know as well as anyone, cueball controll is the best thing in the game after the break and this is just another thing that impressed me about it. Well gotta go i cant sit verry long i am hurting pretty bad right now. Catch u soon, Doug
