This should be a good one, Luat is highly underrated, he could easily win this.
 
Yang 1 Luat 0

Luat breaks on the right and makes 2 balls. Shots the 2 off the left rail.

Packets the 4, follows the 5 and nearly scratches. 6 on the right foot. Scratches on the 7.

Yang clears first blood..
 
Yang 2 Luat 0

Yang breaks on the left too. No win ball, 1 goes in after a kick by the 8.

Long tester on the 2 and misses, but flukes a safety.

Luat kicks, but offers the 2.

Yang goes for 2, 3, 4 and long table lenght 5. Clears the 6, but not on a good position on the 7 for the 8.

Clears the 8 and 9.

Luat breaks on the left again and dries himself to the seat.

Yang has the 1, but over ran the 2. Reverse-cut on the 2 and misses.

Luat gets a reprieve and packets the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and nearly bubbles the 9.

Yang breaks on the left again and makes the wing ball. No clear shot on the 1.

Rail first 1 to 8 combo made. Tough ball remaining is a 6.

Clears tough 6 for an easy 9.

Yang 4 Luat 1

Luat breaks on the left. Packets the wing ball and 7 on the left head packet.

Has a shot on the 1, but 2, 4 and 6 are on a reunion.

Luat goes for the 1 and tried to dislodge the 2, but instead marries it. :)

Luat tries a safety. Yang banks the 2 and combos the 4-6 packeting the 6.

Short on the 4, but still makes it for the 8 and then the 9.

Yang on the hill.

Yang left breaks, gets the left wing ball and losses control on the CB and can't see the 1. Calls a pushout.

Luat returns it to Yang. Yang misses the kick bank.

Luat came in for the cleanup.
 
Yang 5 Luat 2

Breaks on the left. Packets the 1 on the right side packet. 2 on the head rail short rails. Goes for the fine cut but misses short.

Yang given a gift and he takes it for the win.
 
Yeah, he got smoked. He may not be playing like he used to. He was once pretty awesome at and times still lights it up. He is a darkhorse pic for me, even still.
 
Sounds like Luat was a little nervous in the first rack with a near scratch and then a scratch. In a short race against a player like Yang, you absolutely can't make mistakes like that. Yang is a monster who will probably win a WPC title in the next 10 years.

Although I'm a filipino and will go out and give them support. Yang is just at his peak right now to ignore.

My other picks are Alex P. and Manalo.
