Why are the recaps for WNT events always SO bland? They read like they were drafted by AI and then triple-checked and edited by humans to make sure no content or quote that could plausibly be considered interesting/controversial got through.

I hate to see it because not only is it incredibly boring to read, but it's also a TERRIBLE PR approach for growing pool, particularly in USA. I get that there's a lot of anxiety to separate pool from the old times when it used to be fun and cool so it can attract boring mainstream brands like Coca Cola. But this is going way too far. You gotta let players express more than 2% of their actual real personalities.

Probably because they were written at the end of a 12-14 hour day and the author is in a hurry to get the release out so he can end his day.
