My girlfriend got a cheap sterling given to her but the white forearm is yellow tintedbut cap is a lot whiter.Is there anything that can be done to bring the nice white back to it.Thank you.

About the only thing is refinish ... Just play with it , if the balls go in it ain't broke !!! 
That's what i thought.What is color from cheap clear.
